Very helpfull staff. Went out of their way to get us some urgent medical information for my wife. Always smiling. Great location on a quiet street but close to travel connections ( Metro, bus etc.)
Lack of storage space in our room.
the location of the hotel was good.
there was a stain on one of the sheets and noone change it for our first 3 day.also we did a test on our second stay again there was the same problem.
The staff were particularly friendly and helpful
i am from Australia where hotel rooms are big. The rooms are very "squashy"
Helpful staff who were patient with my basic french language skills! Nothing flash about the room but clean and comfortable. Very close to the Louvre and other places
Very small ensuite - especially the shower box. A large person would have had problems.
Free wireless was good, staff was helpful. Excellent location.
Note that all twin rooms arre facing the street so it was a bit noisy. Pillows were small and uncomfortable, no hairdrier in the bathroom but for a 2 star hotel it is rather good...
The location was pretty good and the staff friendly and very helpful. The room too was nice and quite large and with a good view onto the Operà,
Very good location and friendly staff. The rooms are small but clean. It is important that this hotel is located in the small and not noisy street, near the Louvre.
I liked the location and the balance between cost and benefit.
I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful at all times The room was spotlessly clean and quiet and overall a very pleasant stay Perfect location for easy access to many areas of Paris
A few more coat hangers would be helpful and doors which were not quite as noisey when closing
Heating level in room was too high
Clean rooms, Pleasant staff, Good location, Comfortable beds.
Breakfast was too expensive, so didn't have.
Location and proximity to all the major sights on the Right Bank (10 min to Louvre and Opera, 25min to le Marais, 2 min to metro Bourse, 12min with metro to Gare du Nord), cleanliness of the room, slightly bigger bathroom than usual in Paris, safety of the neighbourhood, complimentary bottle of water in the room, daily change of towels, good rates if you book early.
Grumpy night attendant (but the rest of the staff were very nice), street noise (bring your own earplugs), no hairdryer (bring your own). Minor issues really.
Although I do not speak French the employees were very helpful.
The bathroom and specifically the shower were substandard. You could constantly hear the water running through the pipes in the bathroom. We had to close the door at night in order to sleep. The shower was way too small.
24 hour reception. Helpful staff WiFi worked well Location
the hotel was acceptable in terms of the room, located in a relatively quiet street but not too far from a selection of reasonable restaurants.
typical french breakfast with no variation. not ideal for metro, made even worse as most metro stations have no escalators so getting to the hotel was not the right move by metro.
